Webfoot Leisure.com sells only products from reputable suppliers who offer a full manufacturer ’s warranty. If you feel that you have received a defective product please refer to the warranty information in the product packaging. We will be happy to provide assistance if required.

Webfoot Leisure neither expresses nor implies any warranty beyond that stated by the manufacturer. Webfoot Leisure accepts no liability for any injury or damage of any kind resulting from the use or inability to use any product we sell. Webfoot has a limited obligation to replace an item that is delivered defective.

Return Policy

Returns to Webfoot Leisure.com must be made within thirty days of the invoice date for the item returned. ALL returns must be authorized and have a return goods authorization number. Items returned without the return authorization number (RGA) will be refused without exception. Each RGA number is unique and can only be used for one specific returned item as described in the RGA form.

Returns of non-defective, unopened and/or unused product must be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Re-saleable condition means that the carton is in good, original condition (no holes or colored packing tape) and all parts, literature, warranty cards, manuals and accessories are included and returned. Merchandise returned in less than re-saleable condition will be assessed a non-refundable re-stocking charge of up to 25 percent of the original purchase price. All non-defective items must be prepaid freight via FEDEX or UPS. C.O.D. returns will be automatically refused.

Returns of special order products are strictly limited. Webfoot relies on you, our customer, to provide accurate measurements and specifications for all special orders. The responsibility for correct specifications must be the responsibility of the customer. Special orders may returned only if determined to be defective on arrival by the manufacturer.

Due to the nature of the products, Webfoot Leisure will not accept returns on above ground pool liners, or chemicals for pools and spas.

All products carry warranty of the manufacturer. Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice.

Product substitutions and/or quantity limitations may occur from time to time due to the actions of suppliers. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value and quantities will be filled completely if and when product becomes available.

All orders from Webfoot will ship UPS or FEDEX when possible. Some items must ship via truck lines due to size and weight. Domestic orders will nearly always ship within 24 hours and will arrive in 2-7 business days depending on your location. Some high demand, seasonal items (winter safety covers) can take longer. Check with Webfoot for current availability and lead times.
